Caixin Plastic has the ability to design and fabricate a variety of high precision injection molds allowing for high-speed automated in-mold labeling, such as 8-cavity IML mold and 64-cavity plastic straw mold. The production cycle of 8 seconds enables us capable of manufacturing more than 80,000 sets of each type of plastic products per day. More than 200 sets of mold are available at our plant, enabling us to produce various types of stand-up pouch spouts, bottle caps, screw on spouts, flip top spouts, etc.
Our products are generally made of PP/PE/HDPE/HDPP/PET materials in full compliance with FDA standard. Based on the characteristics of your product (color, strength, toughness, transparency), we will recommend appropriate materials for you.
- Suitable for high temperature steam sterilization up to 121℃ for 45 minutes, and it is odorless;
- Able to withstand low temperature down to -20℃;
- Suitable for pasteurization at 85℃ for 30 minutes;
- Able to withstand low temperature down to -20℃;
- Great plasticity: resin materials are widely used in plastic packaging and other applications like resin crafts and resin mouldings due to its excellent formability;

Caixin Plastic has over 20 high-speed automatic in-mold labeling machines imported from Japan, which lead to a high production efficiency. These advanced high-precision manufacturing equipment in combination with rigorous inspections performed by our experienced inspectors at each step ensure better precision of final products.
Coupling with mature technologies for batch production of IML packaging, we can not only conduct cylindrical labeling, plane labeling, double-sided labelling and five-sided labelling processes, but also develop new labeling process adapted to your specific needs.
Caixin Plastic has invested heavily by replacing all old plastic processing equipment with 48 new models of energy-saving plastic processing machines, which are used coupling with our over 80 automatic injection molding machines for simultaneous production, aiming at ensuring we have the capabilities to handle large production orders.
Caixin Plastic's manufacturing plant comes equipped with more than 70 high-speed automatic side entry IML robots for significantly improved production speed.
Our dust-free workshop ensures all the plastic products are manufactured in a clean environment, and enables food products to be stored safely in produced plastic containers.
We control the quality of raw materials used in our injection molded plastic products very carefully, our quality management process begins from the selection of well-known qualified suppliers, such as Sinopec Group.
