Covering approximately 8,000 square meters, our manufacturing plant comes equipped with more than 20 Japan imported high-speed automatic in-mold labeling machines, more than 80 automatic injection molding machines and more than 70 high-speed automatic side entry IML robots. Besides, we also have independent laboratory and dust-free workshop to perform automatic inspection and automatic packaging process. With self-developed various high precision injection molds, our professionally qualified staff of more than 150 people are able to get job done efficiently. The production cycle of 8 seconds enables us capable of manufacturing more than 80,000 sets of each type of plastic products per day, and a total amount of more than 5 million sets of plastic products per day.
